  • Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

• • You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
